Hello, I’m Michal Spiegelman.
I’m a Certified Professional Coach and my passion is helping people balance DOING with BEING, GIVING with RECEIVING and adding Balanced Moments to their lives so they can be happy and fulfilled.
I want to invite you to create playful transformation in your life.
I want to show you how to ALLOW yourself to grow and how to FLIT, FLY, and DANCE through the process and enjoy the journey with LIGHTNESS and EASE.
Just like a butterfly emerges from the cocoon, expanding into being who it is meant to be so can YOU become fully engaged in the process of your healing and growth and expand into the person you are meant to be with PLAYFULNESS, FREEDOM, and JOY.
Let’s waken to the joy of transformation.
Let’s play, Let’s dance, Let’s fly.
Are you ready to walk this path together? Let me tell you a secret:
Playfulness and fun were never even available in my personal dictionary.
I used to try to pinpoint exactly when the ache first appeared. The sense that life was happening all around me, but I was somehow not a part of it.
Was it growing up with the pressure to be perfect that had separated me from enjoying life?
Or maybe it was when I first realized that my goal of becoming a mother was not going to come any more easily to me than anything else in life.
But try as I might, I could never seem to isolate the moment the emptiness emerged, because for me, it had always been there. It was as much a part of me as my jiggling thighs, unhealthy eating habits, and overachieving tendencies.
Becoming a Reiki Master brought some relief and gave me a tool to reduce my stress level, but the void was always there.
No matter how determined I’d wake up, every night I would go to bed hating the day and myself.
I was at my mother’s funeral when I had an epiphany.
My mom had her first heart attack when she was 55. She died at 65. With my current state of stress and misery, was I heading down the same path? My mother had always run away from her pain. She dealt with difficulty by not dealing with it, but she didn’t want me to be the same way. And yet – here I was – miserable, stressed and hopeless. Burdened by troubles that were weighing me down, but trying as hard as I could not to see them. If I didn’t do something to change this, my destiny was right before me.
At that moment, I realized that I couldn’t run away from myself anymore, that I had to create balance in my life. I wasn’t exactly sure how, but I knew what I had to do. Even if it meant pushing aside some of my zillions of other responsibilities (motherhood, work, laundry, etc.) for a moment and focusing on myself.
First on my to do list, was to deal with my food addiction. I joined a support group and hired a trainer. Within 2 years, I’d lost 90 pounds. Wow, I really could change myself!
Empowered by my success, I moved on the next item on my checklist – ditching the stress. Or at least some of it. I started reading about meditation and decided to give it a try. Sure it sounded kind of New Age – which I definitely was not – but hey, it was worth a try. The sense of peacefulness hit me almost immediately. Who would have thought a few deep breaths and closing your eyes for three minutes could bring peace of mind? But for me, that’s exactly what it did. Combining meditation with Reiki and making it part of my world did magic.
Becoming a Professional Life-Coach was next. Wow! It felt so right! The feeling of fulfillment was so real that it ignited a passion in me. Before I knew it, my business was skyrocketing! Helping others find equilibrium in their lives was my purpose and I was going to make good on it. I began to develop the Balanced Moments Method which is a systematic approach to breaking free of the baggage that has weighed you down and creating a powerful and fulfilling future. I tried it out on other women and the response was fantastic. They felt their lives begin to change in the same ways that mine had and beyond. No two women had the same set of circumstances and yet we all shared the same sense of renewal and hope at the end of the transformational process.
Today, I wake up each morning feeling excited and charged. I find time for myself, regardless of what’s going on in my life and the responsibilities I have.
I’m guessing that if you are reading this, you know the darkness I speak about. You’ve felt the emptiness and the void and you know that life doesn’t have to be that way. It’s your turn now and you want to take your destiny in your own hands by making positive change. I want to promise you that I can help you do that.
At any given moment you can choose to stop being stressed and overwhelmed, take responsibility for your life and live from your purpose and passion.
