Month 2 – Getting Free

The video will help you get started on your workbook. After watching the video, spend 10-20 minutes answering the questions on pages 1-6 in your workbook. Estimated work-time for the week is 30 minutes.
Week 2 – This week we will meet for a group coaching teleclass on Thursday at 8:00 pm EST. We will discuss the seven levels of energy, and how to make better choices with time management while finding time to take care of yourself. The teleclass lasts 90 minutes. If you cannot attend – no worries! Everyone will receive the recording the following day. Estimated work-time for the week is 90 minutes.
Week 3 – This week you will continue to work on your workbook, pages 6-10. On Thursday, you are invited to join us for the Q & A session. Michal will answer any questions you have about living a balanced life and the seven levels of energy. Again, if you are unable to attend, the 60–minute teleclass will be recorded and sent to you the following day.
