Do you know that you can breakthrough your limiting beliefs in order to have the best Holiday Season ever?

A few weeks ago, while looking at my calendar, I realized that Thanksgiving was just around the corner. The first couple of thoughts that came to my mind were: stress….togetherness….too much food….gifts….too much money….

Then came the positive thoughts: beautiful season…..socializing….cozy home…vacation…

Why did the negative thoughts arise first? Because we are each the product of our own belief system.

Weekly Affirmation: I am smart and I know what I’m doing

One of my passions is to help people find their true identity, beyond all the doubts and judgments and projections. Most of the times, when I stay away from judgment and look for someone’s true self, I see a quality or a gift that they can’t see themselves. That’s the reason many of my Life-Coaching clients tell me that I know them better that they know themselves. That’s because they judge themselves and I don’t.

Most of us underestimate our own value and potential.

I meet so many different people through my healing and coaching business. Although I am located in Atlanta I get the opportunity to work with people all over the world. If there is one thing everyone has in common, it’s listening to the inner voice that says “you are not good enough”.

Who doesn’t want love, joy and freedom?
So how about looking at the love, joy and freedom that we already have in
our lives?

If we could have a 100% positive attitude and truly believe that we deserve to have them – we would be able to acknowledge what we have and even attract more of it.

Your beliefs affect who you are. One of the most common energy blocks is having a limiting belief about your value, potential, skills, etc. Bruce Schneider, in his book Energy Leadership says: “More often than not, you accept a limiting belief as true because you’ve learned it from someone else, from something that happened to you, or from another “authority”, such as media, a book, or a movie.” (136)

“I don’t deserve….” is a very popular limiting belief.
