The colors of the clothes you wear influence not only you, the wearer, but also those with whom you come in contact. Many times, we tend to wear the colors we need the least. For instance, when you are depressed, wearing black or grey will feed your depression. Wearing yellow and orange will cheer you up! It’s difficult for some to wear certain colors, but try wearing them – even just as socks and underwear.
Look at the chart on my June 14 blog: “The Color of the food you eat – balance your Chakras”
and be creative with your color choices. Need to improve your communication in a job interview? Wear a blue scarf. Need to open your heart in an upcoming conversation? Wear a green shirt. Give it a try: this week, wear the one color that you would never wear, and see how it affects your mood and well being.
Is there a color you will NEVER wear????

Good Evening, I do not normally post feedback on web, as I prefer to read only. However I find the article that you have created earlier has very insightful information, and I discover it very informational. I was searching on Google for how to set goals thoughts & stumbled your eye opening post. Could you find something the same insightful on how to set goals? Thanks. ~ Kristyn Wrzesinski
